Cantaloupe 2-1/4 cups peeled, seeded, cubed
Yeast, instant 2-1/4 tsp
Flour, bread 3-1/4 cups
Gluten, vital wheat 2 tbsp
Milk, powder 1/3 cup
Sugar 3 tbsp
Salt 1 tsp
Paprika 1/2 tsp
Eggs 1
Butter or Margarine 3 tbsp softened
Zest, orange 1 tbsp

Directions

Place 1½ cups cantaloupe cubes in a blender or food processor and puree. Reserve remaingin ¾ cup cantaloupe cubes.

Place yeast, flour, gluten, milk powder, sugar, salt, paprika, egg, butter, orange zest, cantaloupe cubes and cantaloupe puree into the pan of the bread machine in the order suggested by the manufacturer. Select basic setting.
