Ingredients

Flour, all-purpose 2 heaping tbsp
Salt dash
Water
Eggs 1 large
Oil, canola 2 tbsp (Crisco)

Directions

Combine all flour, salt, egg and enough water to make the mixture pasty.

Heat skillet until oil is almost bubbling (medium-high). Turn to medium heat, add mixture to pan. Flip, continue turning until a golden brown and crisp. Cut into pieces and serve.
