Directions

Combine egg and 1/4 cup milk in a large bowl . Stir in bread crumbs, minced onions, Season-All®, garlic powder, 1/4 teaspoon pepper, and allspice. Add ground beef; mix well. With wet hands, shape into 30 meatballs, about 1 inch in size.

Arrange meatballs in a 15 x 10 x 1-inch baking pan. Bake in a 350°F oven 15 to 20 minutes or until done (internal temperature reaches 160°F). Drain well.

About 5 minutes before meatballs are done, melt butter in a large skillet. Stir in flour, bouillon granules, and 1/8 teaspoon pepper. Gradually stir in 2 cups milk. Cook and stir over medium-high heat until thickened and bubbly. Cook and stir 1 minute more. Add meatballs to skillet; heat through.
